Due to the frequent use of our facilities, we encourage you to contact the office at 419-991-6546 during office hours (Mon-Thurs 9am-4pm) before filling out your promo form to confirm that your requested date(s) are available. The Facility Rental Form may also be helpful to you and can be found at the bottom of our website.
